Most honey bears are plastic. This one isn't. The 12 oz Glass Bear Honey Jar brings the same silhouette — the rounded body, the ears, the recognizable bear form — to glass. It's the jar customers pick up at markets when they want something that feels considered, or when they're putting together a honey gift and want something that looks the part without needing extra packaging around it. The glass version just reads differently than plastic, and for some buyers, that difference is the whole point.

It holds approximately 12 oz (340 g) of honey by weight — about 1 cup. The actual fluid volume is less, as with all honey jars sized by weight rather than liquid measure. It fits 58mm metal lug lids, which are sold separately. That's a different lid size from the rest of our glass jar lineup (most use 48mm or 63mm), so make sure you're ordering the right lid.

Lid Compatibility Note

This jar uses a 58mm lug lid — not the 48mm or 63mm lids used on our classic, queenline, and paragon glass jars. If you're ordering lids for this jar, make sure you're selecting the 58mm Metal Lug Lid specifically. Ordering the wrong size is the most common mistake on this product.
